 It takes a long time to respond, covid-19 or not. But the service is good once you join them. Complaints are quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas super content qu'ils ont refusé d'assurer ma nouvelle maison à MTL dans laquelle il y avait des rénovations à faire malgré que j'étais client depuis des années. On est pas tous en mesure de s'offrir du clé en main. Desjardins m'ont assuré sans problème.
Not very happy that they refused to insure my new house in MTL in which there were renovations to be done despite having been a client for years. We are not all able to afford the turnkey. Desjardins assured me without any problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible experience. we were unfairly charged for our insurance, and the answer to that was "that's just the way it is". Also, the lady that served us came in with a sour mood, and told me that i was being aggressive while i was just trying to ask questions. she would not initially listen to what i had to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal and uncaring company. Sold my house and they just cancelled the policy without a care and would not extend it to accommodate the time to complete. Left me trying to find house insurance for just 25 days and will pay big $$ for that. Would not even let me have someone go in each day and drain the water / turn off the power. Awful!
