★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited for far too long to be acknowledged as customers. Had to go to the bar to try to order a drink and were told our server would come to the table. The server was rude when they finally came to the table. I should have gone to a non-franchise place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Way overpriced, our food took ages even though the restaurant was nearly empty at the time. My cousins mac and cheese was not prepared as she asked for and when they replaced her order it was not cooked at all. My other cousin ordered a glass of milk and it was filled with ice??? And her order was brought out the completely wrong thing and then when the order was fixed it had excessive anount of hot sauce on it! My aunts poutine tasted like it was made with dollar store gravy, not impressed by that. I ordered a salad that cost like 20$ and honestly I've had better at mcdonalds or wendys. Overall a real bummer for the whole family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff makes you feel welcome. Food is average. Love the salt and pepper chicken wings. Nice chicken and spare ribs combo. Beer is good and choices are limited. It's a sports bar lot of guys... In general great experience and I like the popcorn .

Food was delicious and well beyond satisfactory, definitely worth it. However it takes a while for the food to be served, and the waiter isn't very communicative and doesn't speak English. The staffing is very lacking, there is only one waiter serving 6 tables.(one of them is a family of about 8 people) This is definitely one of the best restaurant of Saint-Sauveur, usually I would prefer here or Sushi Taxi for apres-ski or in this case visiting in fall.

10 minutes to be acknowledged another 10 to get drinks.
Another 20 minutes for food, club sandwich and chicken wraps were cold. Thank goodness the fries were hot.
Not returning or recommending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was decent and staff friendly. Our waitress (older lady who also worked the bar) was super slow in her service. I had to ask her if our food was ready after waiting 45 minutes. She went in the back and brought it right out. Makes me wonder how long it was sitting back there. She was spending most her time talking with two gentlemen at the bat and looking at photos on their phones.
