I had met Kyle in 2020 while looking for a home to buy. Although I was only looking at the time, Kyle took the time to show me homes that were available. This year I decided to sell and purchase, which is, as many have experienced, stressful. Kyle's patience and reassurance helped to reduce the levels of stress associated to this process. As I was from a different community and facing winter driving conditions, Kyle had driven out to properties I was interested in and provided live streaming and/or videos of the properties so I could review at my leisure. Kyle's patience, availability, quick responses, details, advice, and professionalism were greatly appreciated! I have recommended Kyle to others, and will continue to do so.

I had somewhat an aversion to real estate agents , therefore I was selective. At first I thought Kyle may of been slightly young,( wrong!) Talking to him I could only think what a fine outstanding young man. Choosing Kyle Thompson proved itself to be the best decision through the whole process. At first we talked about our needs, we wanted to retire in Kamloops near the down town core, walking distance to everything, with lots of specific home needs , a conservative budget. We had sometime to work with to find the right place. We then viewed several places to confirm our needs, to onto the same page . We even wanted to make an offer on on condo being built, Kyle stated that it was slated to be complete within +1 yr. , we said ok let’s do it. Kyle said it was only slated for that completed date, that chances are it could be an extra yr. I thank god we didn’t lock in the offer!! , it turned out to be more than 2 yr.s longer. We would of been in real trouble! This is only one indication of his character. We spent over a yr. Looking, and it was starting to look like just a dream, yet Kyle assured us, it coming. We are now living our dream in the perfect retirement home, walking down town, shopping, dentist, doc, specialist, parks, farmers market, grandchild to school etc… life is good! , Kyle did all this & with in budget. Would I recommended, & we have…. weell yaaa! So if the real estate agent your looking for should have old school integrity, manners, values, & small town work ethics, where helping neighbours, going the extra mile is just the normal thing to do. You too, would be lucky to consider this old school, charming young man. Kyle Thomson always made sure to call us every 2 wk.s or less for well over a yr.! He just never gave up! Like I said we had an aversion to real estate agents. We were so lucky to find Kyle we made a point to only deal with Kyle, even when enquiring on listings on our own. Respect works 2 ways, & he had ours. It was always business , yet it was honest , friendly & comfortable. From the first day we shook his hand, the deal & goal remained the same, to completion. So how rare is that! We were always impressed at his positivity, self confidence, considerate professionalism, & his assurance “we will get this done attitude”’ Best decision ever! , ….there is no doubt on our part! Kyle Thomson is the best realtor agent we have worked with. He is very knowledgeable, professional and has a great work ethic. Kyle was very accommodating and patient with me and my husband while we were looking for our home. He never pressured us or make us feel like we were just a transaction to him.
