The outside and inside is not the greatest, you can tell it is run down but the food is good and you get large servings. Great for take out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My SO and I came here for brunch and the food portions were big and decently priced. May not be the prettiest looking establishment but that's what I find to be so great about this place. With good food like this, I definitely recommend people to try this place out. I love all day breakfast and chinese food so this place checks both boxes.
Service was prompt and servers were attentive. Note this place is CASH ONLY though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can tell the history of this place even before you step past its door. Dim lighting. A few metered parking at front. Service was quite decent. But the food was just okay. The sweat sour pork tasted weird. Perhaps something to do with the oil or the meat. They probably thought quantity would make up for the quality. Sorry, no, it does not work that way.

The food is always good whether the ubiquitous BLT sandwich or my favorite chicken & green bean in black bean sauce. You can't go wrong with the fresh food and reasonable prices...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service, good variety of food. Ordered a black pepper beef noodle and the cod and tofu in pot.
The noodle was well done, flavorful and lots of meat and veggies. There were both crispy and soft noodles. The cod was in a thick batter that was spongy and didn't have much fish taste. I didn't like this one very much.
A good place to have decent Chinese food in this area. We asked for less salt and oil in both dishes and they paid attention to our requests.

$10.95 for two bennys with bacon and tomato, plus hasbrowns is not bad.
Definitely tastes better than the really cheaper places like Nice Cafe (which has closed down now). They dont cheap out on the bacon and give you full pieces and layers.
Also had the sunriser breakfast. Pancakes probably worse than making my own. The portions were really good.
There is one friendly waitress and one lazy waitress. They speak cantonese so I know everything they said. I was trying to wave to the lazy one to ask to pay and instead, the chef saw me and told her a customer needs attention. She responded "what customer? I don't see anyone who needs me." When she finally saw me, she told the other waitress "go collect the money." She started speaking loudly about anything she wanted thinking that none of the customers understood - including all the different types of ethnic food she hates, and her bladder functions. A star is taken off for this waitress.
I haven't tried the chinese food but this is the old western style non-authentic chinese food that I don't really like so I wouldn't be trying it anyways. Come for the breakfast!
