Over the last 35 years of our professional carreers Colleen and I have bought, sold and rented homes in Canada, US, Australia, Mexico and back in Canada. Also, as a university professor, I have had an opportunity to work with many real estate professionals on many occasions during many interviews while seeking future employment in such places as Brisbane, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City and few others. Our experiences workig with real estate industry was not always to our expectations, regardless of a price of home or locations. Yes, there were some highlights we like to rememeber and are thankful for, but by large there seemed to be a lack of time to get to know what we want or to present our house to potential buyers. Our house in Bear Mountain was only home in our lifes we enjoyed for an extensive period. I knew it would be a challenge to sell, considering we bought "high" and made $100,000 improvements to it after the purchase. Our hope was to recover our investment and have enough money to purchase another house in inflated 2017/18 market. Our first meeting with Kyle was substantially different from our past experiences. Where the difference was that Kyle is a good listener. He asked the right questions and provided clear answers to ours. I remember his response to our conditions of selling our home - "Yes, I can do it" And he did. It was not easy and I am sure there was more work behind the scene, but even only what I saw, was a dedicated professional attending to every detail of the marketing, promoting and selling process. Our home photos were of the highest quality and appeared in highly regarded real estate publications. There was never a time our house was visited by real estate agents, potential byers or in that matter by anyone else without Kyle's presence. There was never a time we were not informed and consulted about where we are and where we should aim our efforts. As expected, our home sold on time and for a price we wanted to buyers out of town, who actually never saw the house till after its closing. Kyle assured a smooth transition of both, the buyers and sellers in the way that is well above his duties and industry' expectations. I recommend Kyle Fuzi, without a hesitation, for any real estate transactions, especially those that demand hard work, integrity and diplomacy.

Kyle was not only attentive and willing to spend a lot of time driving us around to see properties; he was also very well informed, plugged in to the market, and quick to respond to all our nagging inquiries. I’ve known Kyle since we were kids, so when my partner and I decided to sell our condo and look for a new home, it was a no-brainer to call Kyle. Our entire experience with him was amazing. He worked extremely hard to help us sell our home and find the right home for us and our son. Thank you Kyle, for doing such and amazing job for us! . Shortly after we listed our home with Kyle we had to leave town for pre-booked medical appointments. Needless to say, it made life very difficult for Kyle, as many times we were on the road and could not be reached at critical times when he needed an answer fast, and yet Kyle kept his cool, manned the fort, and brought us multiple offers! These offers came in one after the other, and Kyle was able to keep things together and, advise us as to the best route to take, even though we came close to missing deadlines either because we lost internet connection or could not receive time sensitive documents that needed signatures . Not only did Kyle sell our condo at the best market price in spite of all this, he continued to do open houses for us until the last offer became firm, but he also helped us to put in an offer on the home we wanted. Kyle also helped us with inspection appointments, and explained inspection terms that we didn’t fully understand.
