โ โ โ โ โ I had a leaky gutter that was installed poorly by previous contractor who did not apply any gutter sealant. KY gave me a very competitive quote for the sealing job.
After coming in once to seal the gaps I noticed there was still some leakage after due to the gutter being attached improperly by the original installers. KY came in again and fixed this issue - which was out of scope of the original estimate - free of charge! Thank you
KY are very professional, polite and honest. I will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

โ โ โ โ โ One of my roof vent was bited a squirrel and the vent hole was totally exposed to air, and it would rain in next day. I called the company who did my new roof 3 years ago to fix the problem, they said it was out of warranty and would charge 250 dollars to fix. That didnโt make any sense, I was so mad.
I called Michael my friend referred to me, he only charged 80 dollars for emergency services. I called him at around 3pm to ask help, then he came and replaced with a metal vent at 8pm.
Michael thank you so much, you are really so nice.

โ โ โ โ โ Arranged for a bunch of quotes for a new roof as my shingles were old and starting to fall off. Michael came by promptly on time and quoted the job. He was friendly and professional so we went with SIgn Roofing. They completed the entire roof in one day, were friendly, courteous and professional. Left the place cleaner then they found it and were great with my neighbours as well. Michael pointed out afterwards that they had bent one of the eaves accidentally, his team came by the next week and installed a new eave. Great service, friendly, professional and a good roof. Highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Michael was great to work with, and did excellent work.
We called him to come and install galvanized fencing on our roof vents (racoons tore it apart) and he made the trek down in chilly, rainy weather.
Price was very competitive, and Michael went up and above by also replacing roof shingles that the racoons damaged around the vents.
All in all, would recommend to others who require roofing services.

โ โ โ โ โ A couple of my Downspout straps came off the wall thus the downspouts swinging around when windy.
Looked around for quotes and Michael but only responded promptly, but his quote was very competitive.
So I decided to go with Michael and he was great working around my schedule. He showed up on time and did more than I expected. He studied the problems , took his time not in a rush to make a quick buck, and answered all of my questions without hesitations.
I would definitely recommend Michael for any types of roofing or gutter/downspout jobs!

I received Michael of KY Roofing Ltd's name from HomeStars after another roofer installed my new roof and left it leaking into my house significantly. Michael attended immediately inspite of ice on the roof, was very professional, completed a full inspection and all repairs for very reasonable price with quality workmanship. He has attended again to inspect in the Spring at no charge. I highly recommend KY Roofing Ltd, Micheal shows concern and caring for each client. and does excellent work. I have recommended Michael to 4 clients, Michael responded immediately and I know they are very happy with his work as well.
