The price of your own goods has increased. Understandable, but I took all the products above for one year this year. China Cereals and Oils and Fengtai are all cheap. Bamboo shoots are 7.6 yuan, chicken juice is 6.48 and pineapples are 7.6. Then I don’t understand. I took your 5 years of goods. Dennis used to be very good, but now the problem is that there is a low sales, or your boss doesn't want to be a restaurant business to catch customers?

We ordered from them for over 2 years without problems but recently they became very pushy and rude, always forcing us to order way more than we need saying that they weren't making a profit by selling to us. We talked to Nicky, their general manager about our problems and she was very rude and condescending saying we had to practically double our average order total or they would not sell to us. At the end of our phone call we told Nicky that we didn't want to continue doing business with them and she very nonchalantly said, "okay." They don't seem to value their customers and put profits about customer service. How can a General Manager treat customers so rudely, no wonder their profit margins are apparently so low.
