★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought for the first time Krino’s spanakopita FILO dough. When I opened the product, it was all broken up, which made me upset, so I emailed Krino Foods explaining to them and emailed pics of their broken product. Much to my surprise I received an email that same very day back from Amanda, apologizing and offering to replace it without any problems. She then got Louie to contact me who I think is the mngr. He then said he will be replacing the product and will be delivering it to my home in person.
This caught me by surprise wow. I had never had anyone offer me such outstanding customer service before. And not only he gave me back the one filo, but he gave two plus more of their products to try as well. From the process of me emailing their company and receiving the product at my home, only took 4 days. I am shocked and definately will be using their product again, and I give them my full support for such outstanding customer service.
By the way, their Spanakopita Twisters Louie gave me to try is amazingly delicious.
I will spread the news to family and friends about this wonderful company!!!!!
