About Kucher Steels (1992) Inc
Kucher Industrial Steels had placed most of its focus on panelling and cabinetry for drilling rig oilfield buildings. Sheet metal gauge plate and steel plate thicknesses up to ½” were standard. Over time the Oil and Gas industry has gone through changes. These changes have seen the decrease in the use of drilling rigs, and therefore the company had to make adjustments to its product base. Kucher Steels 1992 has adapted to working with an extremely more substantial plate than was used 30 years ago. With the integration of larger equipment and more shop space, the company now works with and stocks, plate up to 8.5” thick. This transition has been in effect for over 20 years.

The amount of life threatening instances I saw in my 1 month of employment was unreal, Smoking in the work place, no eye protection needed, no hard hats, not even steel toed boots were needed, there is drinking on the premises, people riding suspended loads, zero incidents are reported, the cranes are constantly being used ABOVE their rated weights while not being inspected, when handling large items VISE GRIP PLIERS are used to hold the crane hooks in place, on a 900 LB PART!!
I would seriously reconsider using these individuals for any job you have in mind.
UNLESS ITS EXTREAMLY SIMPLE!!!

I would recommend this company for anybody that needs Cutting, Rolling and shaping of steel. And John whiskey you’re just looking to get back at the company because you were a very useless employee. That’s why they fired you. If it wasn’t for Charles and shipping receiving he’s the one that really keeps his company together.

My husband has been the employ of this company for more than 11 years and so far all I see with his job he always aimed for perfection. With the massive experienced behind his back he has on rolling and 13 bends of a piece of metal with zero tolerance from Montreal all I can say I've heard customers are satisfied with thier finished products and they met all the requirements of the customers. My husband is a living proof that this company knows what they are doing. God bless Kutcher Steel!!!
