★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I de-rimmed a tire on my 10-year-old Kubota. Kubota North got the tire ordered, with a new rim, at LESS than the price quoted by a local tire shop for just the tire and mounting. And they had the tire and rim ready for pick-up in 2 days. Their past service of my L3400 over the last 4 years has been quick, reasonably priced, and reliable. I'm delighted to have such a great team in Muskoka.

Bought the Bx23s and had it delivered a few days ago. Initially the unit was delivered when the roads were wet so the tractor arrived filthy with white calcium. Gino took the machine back, had it washed and polished again, and delivered again the next day shiny and clean.
Also, during installation of the 8” trench bucket there was an issue. A mechanic( Mike) showed up the next morning and resolved the issue. It was a Kubota issue not a dealer issue.
Mike also discussed a few features of the machine from a maintenance point of view which will help in the future.
So far I have had great customer service with Kubota North and would recommend them to anybody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kubota North was fantastic to deal with! Brent provided on site service to fix my Kubota M59 (which I love!). Turned out to be a wiring/connection issue in the end. The entire dealership went above and beyond to help me out and I really appreciate it! Mike gave me all kinds of ideas to try in order to save me the service call as well which was also appreciated. Kubota North is now my dealer for all my M59 needs! Thank you Kubota North!
