I was told that I need new brakes from another mechanic in Picture Butte, AB. Brought my car to Kevin and confirmed everything is in great working order.
I appreciate his honesty as my knowledge regarding vehicles is VERY limited .
Kevin also performed an inspection on a van I purchased last year. Kevin identified all the problems with the van, and was able to fix them. I'm very happy with his work, as I have 1000 of kms on my van and it's very reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in with a rock chip in my windshield and they managed to get it filled and taken care of in under half an hour of me walking through the door. Very impressed with the service and the staff were all friendly too. Don't worry if you forget your phone when you go you'll be too busy looking at all the cool stuff on the walls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my honda crv in for an abs sensor replacement on the right rear. I have replaced the abs sensors on this vehicle myself before but no longer have a facility to complete the repair myself. The part is around $100. They charged me $800 for this. It takes 15 minutes to change, it is 2 bolts and a plug. Do not go here unless you don't like your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another dishonest mechanic shop. Total snakes in the grass that think their customers are brainless! Spent $1800 on tires and rear end repairs to fix a front end shake/wobble only to find the problems weren’t fixed at all! Rear wheel bearing and hub assembly replaced after I went in for front end issues. Didn’t test drive my vehicle after specifically requesting that they did. Said they didn’t need to replace the headlight bulb because it was not installed correctly and is now inserted properly. Well needless to say it didn’t work and I had to replace it myself. They charged me $75 for a test drive even though I spent $600 on the repairs! So charged to test drive the vehicle even though I spent $1800 on “repairs”! Dave is an absolute coward and needs some serious customer service refreshers maybe he could grow a back bone to. Or maybe he was never trained in dealing with humans. The last time I went in I was told my attitude sucked and that I should leave! Of course this was after they took my money. Well I think anyones attitude would suck if they were clearly ripped off in broad day light! There’s many good mechanics in Cranbrook, just take the drive. You’ll get better service and perhaps your vehicle will actually get fixed properly. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to my worst enemy!
