★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with Suvong Kim and company he represents. He came and checked out job and provided both a quote and date for completion. Hours before job was to be completed he pulled out, quoting "He was busy and didn't have time for job" via a TEXT MESSAGE! This put family in a difficult position as we were depending on him to finish kitchen countertop in order to have a working kitchen. We have a 11 month year old child. My wife hasn't stopped crying. Furthermore, he won't even return my phone calls where I was hoping to explain the adverse situation we're in. Terrible business man and person.
