★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The communication skills are lacking. It took 11 days and multiple emails with no response to reschedule 1 lesson. Their policy says "Cancellation Policy: Cancelled lessons with 24 hours notice can be rescheduled within the same month.
Lessons cancelled without proper notice cannot be rescheduled".
I also think they need to have better safety measures in place. There is one VERY nippy horse, I believe his name was Merlin. Two new riding students were left alone with him to tack and untack despite the known fact that he bites. One student was bitten but thankfully she had her jacket on so it didn't have much of an effect but I witnessed him trying to bite my daughter. Also, during our last camp one of the instructors offered up her own personal horse for my daughter to use. I thought how nice! Later I learned that this horse doesn't normally reside at the stable and isn't used to other riders than his owner. All the girls said this horse was brought from the instructors house. He wouldn't Cooperate with my daughter and even tried to throw her off during a jump. Very unsafe! We won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did Barn Buddies yesterday for my daughters birthday! Both my girls loved being on the horses. The staff were amazing! My daughters felt comfortable right away. I was thankful that there was a program like this for the little ones. The bonus was seeing the animals after! Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely love this place. Kind and experienced trainers, awesome horses and we love the farm environment with so many animals to say hi to before lessons start. Lessons don't just focus on riding but good horsemanship practices and stable management - I can't recommend them highly enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love going to Krystal Creek! My youngest loves the Barn Buddies, and my eldest is really enjoying lessons with Shelly. Shelly is such a great teacher! We went to another Barn before and find Krystal Creek a much more relaxed environment that my daughter can learn easier and quicker in. Shelly is always calm, encouraging, knowledgeable and safe. Everyone is really helpful and the grounds are beautiful. So glad we found you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughters (8 and 10) had a beginners, first time on a horse, 1 hour lesson. Their instructor was Emma and the entire experience was outstanding. The girls got to learn how to look after a horse, how to prepare the horse for riding along with an introduction to riding in the covered barn area. Emma was kind, very keen to share her knowledge and patient. We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krystal and her staff are COMMITTED to welcoming riders into equestrian sports, meeting them where they are and helping them to develop as riders. Both of my daughters ride here, at different abilities, and I could not be happier. Krystal herself is phenomenal, but her coaching staff is all 5-star as well. And the rates are very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids have one week summer camp here, they teach not only teach them ride horses but also teach kids how to take care of horses and get along with horses which is great. My kids love this camp the best compares to the other camp they participated. The animal in the farm are adorable.
