But I called Krolicki Masonry Ltd and they sent their most experienced person Owen and he took a look at it knew immediately what was wrong had the parts because he collects the parts as he repairs chimneys so that he can do other repairs with the parts that he has. He had my flue fixed in about 20 minutes and he told me if the flue jumps the track again how to fix it myself. I would recommend this Krolicki Masonry Ltd company to come and clean.

We have had other company's in the past, but he is the first who took the time to take the fireplace apart, clean and repair all elements and help to explain specifics about a pre built fireplace. He even found the name and model number for my records. He comes with my highest recommendations.

One easy phone call to Krolicki Masonry Ltd and within a day we had a response from Owen and a booked visit. He came out to inspect the flue to be sure it was up to code and in good working order and verified the interior firebox as well. He was incredibly knowledgeable about local building codes and fire safety regulations for our area. The company also does annual cleaning and inspections so I couldn't be happier with this service. The technician arrived within the convenient 2-hour appointment window and was polite and pleasant.
