★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping for a revenue property and had a good idea what I wanted. Kristin was able to find everything on my list and stayed within my budget. She provided history and important details about the properties I expressed interest in (ie. one was a drug house). I never felt pressure or that she was trying to "sell" me something. Instead, she listened to me while I thought things through and I felt supported. I'll for sure use her when I'm selling or for my next purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need a realtor stop looking and contact Kristin! She is by far the best realtor we have ever used. Being military she familiar with the relocation regulations and time constraints- and goes above and beyond for her client, weather you are purchasing or selling your home- Kristin is who you need to contact. We used her 4 times and my spouse is still talking about her, and he even tries to compare other realtors in different provinces- but there has not been one as good as Kristin!! She knows her stuff!! She can tell you what you need to do to sell your home for the value you want!! Even though we are across the country now, we still contact Kristin, for recommendations and she gladly assists us. if we were to ever move back to Comox, without a doubt she is who we would be calling. Kristin works very hard for her clients, and responds very quickly to any concerns. If we could use Kristin for out of province transactions we would!! thank you Kristin for all that you have done for our family.

She doesn't let anything go unnoticed and answered my numerous questions, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. She also arranged for some services for my sale home, which made things a lot easier knowing things were taken care of. With my purchase she was exceptional, getting my new home in a extremely easy process. I'm super impressed, and grateful for her services.
