Every listing we looked at sold over asking and without conditions in less than seven days. Stephanie took care of everything for us. She face-timed walk-throughs, she organized inspections, she promptly returned our many nervous texts and calls. Her discipline and work ethic are remarkable, but it was her candor and honesty that I valued most. We never felt pushed, and she understood our frustration when an offer was not accepted, but she never wanted us to pay more than necessary, and she somehow knew that the perfect house was still out there. Her instincts were right , and her advice and guidance buying that house was the key to our success. My wife and I cannot imagine the experience without Stephanie. In December of last year, quite unexpectedly, the owners of our rental property announced they would be selling. We needed to spring into action! We reached out to Stephanie who was representing a property that we were immediately drawn to in a new neighbourhood in Comox. Stephanie was responsive (answered my inquiry within an hour!), thoughtful (gave us the information she knew we needed to make decisions) and helped us through the process (including multiple follow up questions and actions that needed to be managed after the sale went through).
