★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not use them again. I went in for service on my existing welder. my impression was sales tactics pushing you to buy what you don't need, and don't want. May have just been the salesman I dealt with, but very distasteful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just witnessed people in the white pickup with kristian.ca on the back window throwing garbage out the window at the 50th st Tim Hortons. They provide bins at the drive-thru!!! Shame on you and your company, and so close to Earth Day too. Shame!

Wasn't expecting a response. The only things I remember are - it was on 50th St Tim Hortons, Edmonton. Friday April 19th, 11am. White pick up truck with the company website along the back window. It was an older man driving... to be clear, it was passengers throwing garbage out the window. (at the drive thru pay window.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service, had our welder in for service and after a hefty bill and being without a welder for 2 weeks, it either was not tested or was hooked up improperly. So took to another shop and had it back a day later fixing there screwup with another bill. Talked to customer service and was told it was not their problem. Would not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kristian Electric exceeded expectations all the way from setting up an appointment for our yearly calibrations right down to their friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I would recommend them for any welding calibration needs, especially their technician Mike "Mikey" Woloszyn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you James Ebber for the excellent service and after sales service .Even though things didnt work out well with our selection of machines and had to return two brand new welders after purchase, we are still happy with the way you and your team of representatives dealt with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had two welding remotes built from kristen and both within the same year have failed. They charge over 500 per remote and they won't even last a year. Within the first two months the first one broke i bought it in but obviously no warranty on their products so had to pay to get it fixed and now guess what same problem. Also had my machine serviced there and that was overpriced as well for what they did. I will not be a returning customer. Avoid this place if you want my honest opinion. Thanks Branch manager but like I said I'm not returning.
