Kristapson's is the real deal.
I only give out 1 5-star rating in each type of review I write. I think it says a lot that I choose to give my smoked salmon star to Kristapson's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is quite simply the best smoked salmon around! My family has been lucky enough to have bought product from them for more years than I like to admit.
The salmon is not cheap, but well worth the money. If you are looking to save a bit, the Salmon Bits are every bit as good as the fillets, but half the cost. They are great for adding into a past dish.

One thing I noticed and wanted to point out -- the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 -- The pricing for the 250g pack ($24) is double that of the 150g pack ($12). If you do the math....2x150g = 300g....so you are better off purchasing multiple 150g packs.

Simply delicious, no water added or over fatty. Will come back!
