My account was chargers 1200 dollars for 1 month no help from them only one answer “ I don’t know I can’t help you” if you new to Canada be careful this company will take from you as much as they can

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got added as a client without my permission. Then the broiler jacked my rates up by added all kinds of expensive add ons without my permission. Better scammers then the government with no concern for its clients. I would avoid them at all costs , they love picking on the disabled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys set me up with an insurance company where even though I wasn’t at fault had accident forgiveness and full coverage I went through hell for two months. I’ve had up to two cars with these guys and all I asked is maybe them help me fill out the proof of loss and ask A few questions like why my rental was taken away. They stop answering, And when they finally did answer they were no help. These companies act like we’re supposed to know everything about insurance I thought that was the whole point of a broker to be there to help you not in this case. I am still carless in this accident happened two months ago be careful guys sometimes it’s just better to do things yourself. The saddest part of this all is I really had no complaints before this but after what I’ve been through I wouldn’t recommend them
