β β β β β Line ups to buy textbooks are long, and its worse when they tell you after a 20 person line up that your textbook isnt there. Further worse when you email your prof and they say the manager of the bookstore says its there. Β―\_(γ)_/Β―

β β β β β Friendly service and helpful staff. If you're looking to buy pens, look elsewhere though. The pens here are expensive and mostly rubbish.

β β β β β Great selection of supplies. One of the few stores I have been able to get left handed pens and scissors. But it is a college bookstore so most things are more expensive than staples. There always seems to be a line up during peak times.
Would be nice to see more staff & cashiers available during peak times.

β β β β β Absolutely fantastic, unless you need a book, have ordered a book, they don't have the stock, and then they make no effort to tell you that you need to pursue another avenue to get your textbook, which you find out once you go out of your way to ask after your semester has started and you've heard nothing... to which they say "oh yeah, I see you and a few others have this on order... we aren't getting any more... so I'll just cancel these..." as if they don't even check their orders on textbooks for students... I love you guys but the wheels have been falling off the communication wagon, not all students, like myself with visually triggered migraines, can learn off of on screen textbooks, and as a /school/ bookstore, it's sort of your responsibility to in the very least communicate if not supply access to books registered to our courses by professors, which they can only do by having them in the textbook registery to select...

β β β β β Terrible service, they do not answer calls. Huge line ups they do not even answer emails. I have no choice but to actually get on campus to ask why my online book is not automatically delivered to me. Like seriously its an Ebook. Also never order your books from KPU they take literally weeks by the time the course actually starts and their prices are way too high. My best advice would be just use vital source its cheaper and you get automatic access unlike this bookstore.
