You can’t even eat this food I swear all the food we ordered was from couple of days ago no taste at all. If you wanna waste your money go to this restaurant, this time I got my food to go otherwise I could get my money back ??????

Water was not served, when asked if they had water, he said yes, didn't make an effort or bothered to serve water. We had to again ask, can we have water? Then he gave us just a glass of water, whereas we were 3 of us dining in. Will never recommend it to anyone.

The restaurant staff and chef doesn’t even care about their customers satisfaction or concern. They just want to make money by serving rotten meat (specially) chicken tikka on platter. The biryani rice is not even basmati. They think people living in Canada are stupid that they won’t even recognize the difference in food. For the last 6-7 consecutive time I’ve been having a very bad experience. I never wanted to leave the review on the website as I usually don’t like to degrade any business/company but this time I was very much disappointed. The people work so hard in Canada to make money and then they go to these restaurants to get the food so that they can save their time and even though the prices are not reasonable. I would recommend people to go to the other places like Zaiqa or any other halal restaurants but please do not go to this gulberg as they sell rotten and old meat. They’re just making money by selling bad/old food and they don’t even care about their customers. A big NO to this place.

Note: this is in Surrey and definitely not Persian or Mediterranean cuisine This is Pakistani style cuisine....average quality, but seems to be quite popular and busy. Generally Google Maps takes you to the other side of the restaurant....they have more parking available on the far side. We tried Chicken Reshmi Kabab ...good Chicken Biryani ...below average but I compared it to real authentic Hyderabadi Biryani Fried fish pakoras.....good Chana Bhatura...below average Crispy fried chicken ....actually good Goat Karahi...average Burgers....average

When the adults opened the box it smelled and right away we put it away. After the kids were complaining about stomach pain. I decided to bring the food and drive all the way back. They said we will only refund 2 plates because the other 2 were eaten. I told these poor people to keep there money and that I will never eat here again. As I was standing, their was another person right beside me complaining about hair in his food. So you can really see the quality and customer service speak for itself. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

Granted it is smaller portion but still enough for two meals. The grill platter is good portion. Wished it came with rice instead of the fries which became soggy with the meat on top. Nothing spectacular about the food taste but an ok place to grab cheap, quick bite especially after finishing class at the nearby college.
