★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working from an excellent design by GoodSpace (Dwaina Sprague Interiors) and adding good ideas of their own, Koru Construction transformed our 1950's kitchen, laundry porch, and living room into a comfortable and stylish space for the 2020's. We couldn't be happier with the process and the outcome! The quality of the workmanship is excellent and Chris, Ali, and the team were a pleasure to work with throughout. Communication was great and there were no "surprises" in costs or timing. We recommend Koru Construction highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selecting a builder to take on the single biggest investment in your life is a huge decision. For us, it was months long and we interviewed at least 20 contractors before deciding to trust Chris and his team with building our home.
During the construction process there will be small problems and big problems, problems that create stress and problems that you may disagree on. In the end; Chris, Ali and the Koru Team delivered our dream home on budget with impeccable craftsmanship and never cut a single corner along the way.
We have people walk by every week and compliment us on the project. We are very proud to call it home and very happy to give Chris a 5 Star review. He's honest, a great communicator and above all he has integrity, he truly deserves all 5 stars.

The KORU team continued to work safely and effectively throughout, regardless of the many obstacles that were presented during the COVID shutdowns.
Owner Chris was in constant contact with me and his crew which was re-assuring. Any hiccups were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Thank you Chris for making this project 'head-ache free'.
Ali, "office assistant extraordinaire" was beyond helpful when it came to product selections and decision making. Thank you so much Ali for all of your assistance.
The skilled tradesmen: Tim, Mitch, Damon and Ian were very personable and respectful. Foreman Tim communicated well, had great suggestions and was a pleasure to work with. You guys rock!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris & his team to anyone considering a new build or reno. Looking forward to our next project so I can have them back! Miss you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we embarked on considering renovations we had several contractors do an on-site assessment and later an estimate. We were immediately comfortable with Chris, at Koru, as he demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the process from start to finish, giving us good understanding and feeling of confidence than we had experienced with other companies.
From start to finish Chris, Allie his office manager and his crew were open, honest, transparent and respectful. Koru’s team of trades were well coordinated. We had a concern with one of the trades, which we brought to the attention Chris. Chris and that trade took our concern very seriously and addressed it to our complete satisfaction. At the end of the renovation a thorough cleaning of our space was completed allowing us to move right in.
In addition to this, Chris and his team worked alongside with our interior designer Laura Grist and the final result of our renovation is amazing. Thank you “Koru Team” for our outstanding renovation, we cannot thank you all enough!
