We were so pleased with the very thorough and professional interactions that we had with Justin, who is extremely knowledgable and approachable. We ended up not using their custom building services but will be sure to contract them for any home renovations down the line.

He impressed us with his professionalism and honesty immediately; even before the interview was finished, we were ready to hire him! We are glad we did!! Justin, was amazing through every step of the renovation, from demo to finishing. Always available to answer my questions or concerns; going out of his way to make this whole process seamless. He did everything in his power, to keep the costs down, and the project on time. if were not satisfied with anything, Justin would ensure he did everything he could to remedy that!! Justin, went over and above, what the average contractor would do to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the whole project at every step!! from beginning to end. Thanks Justin! We love our new kitchen!!

Green Coast Rubbish was contracted to carry out various selective deconstruction and demolition tasks, as well as removing all associated renovation debris from his projects. Justin is a great guy and easy to work with! He is a professional in his field and his projects are always well organized. I fully recommend Justin and Alair Homes Maple Ridge!
m	mike M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gotta say I've worked with many different builders being a drywall contractor but by far Alair Homes and anyone working for the company know what they are doing. The jobs are always clean ready to go with no issues. You can tell by the way they operate they want to provide ever customer with the best end product they can. Many other builders will try to cut corners on sub trades to fill their pockets more. But I've noticed with Alair they want the best for their clients so they make sure the subcontractors they get are the best at what they do. I have had the honour of working with Frank,Cameron and Justin from Alair and have had no issues when my company goes in to do the drywall work. Probably the best framing ive seen in awhile and the jobs run smooth from start to finish. This is one company I would recommend to any one who is in the marker to do a reno or even a new build. 5 stars all the way

We have worked with Alair Homes on multiple projects, and one thing I can definitely support them on is there workmanship. Unlike other builders we have worked with in the past, Alair Homes has a sense of pride to get the job done right without taking any shortcuts which lead to the home owner having to deal with deficiencies in future. I believe when they build / renovate a home for a client, they work on it likes its there own. If you’re currently looking for a company to build your dream home, or complete renovations on your existing home - I strongly recommend giving these guys a call!

John very effectively managed sub-trades and provided some very good advice on long the way. The work came in on time and within the budget range outlined at the beginning of planning. I would recommenced Alair to anyone looking for general contractors for home renovation work.
