Mike has been a great source of information and guidance as a new homeowner, and as I am now on the Strata council, he is easy to connect with and quick to get things done. We had a tough 2022 in the building and Mike kept everything on course and on time. We are lucky to have him and Korecki.

Communication was great with things happening around the building and the amenities/grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a place consider any place managed by Korecki! They know what they are doing

Korecki Real Estate Services Inc. has been our latest property management company for over a year now. Must say they are such a top-notch company and must be one of the best in town! Samantha Coleman, Maddox's PM, is a superbly pleasant, efficient, responsible and dedicated manager, indeed. Just amazingly impressive!

Korecki turned out to be the key to a worry-free experience. I was their client for four years ending in 2022. They handled everything for me, including a contractor to do lightweight repairs and renovations, wise and thoughtful tenant screening, compassionate tenant management, and coordinating realtor access during the unit's sale. This whole situation was further complicated by the fact that it was part of my father's estate. Korecki provided thoughtful solutions to a variety of tricky requirements, essentially making my experience completely hands-free and turnkey. They made it clear that my property was important to them, as well as my business. They responded to my calls and emails promptly, professionally, and with genuine warmth and care. This was a superb experience. I would recommend Korecki without hesitation.

Our previous property management company cycled through managers for our strata at a ridiculous rate - more than 1 per year. We're a small building, so larger property management companies don't make a tonne of money off of us and the service level has reflected that in the past. Korecki isn't perfect but in all fairness good luck finding one that is – property managers are generally given too many properties to manage and probably leave the industry at a high rate. Overall, I am quite pleased with the level of service we've received since switching. I would recommend.
