β β β β β My nails after 24 hours. Ready to be done again. The lady who made my nails painted them really bad. Lots of nail polish on my fingers and cuticles, not evenly on nails. One picture is after 12 hours, another one after 24 h, last one 30 h.
But Iβm giving 5 starts for another lady who works there, such a sweetheart! She tried very hard to fix my nails as much she could - she removed all nail polish from my fingers and cuticles, she tried so make the edges of the nail polish look evenly. It looked better after her touch ups. She made nails for my friend - they were very well done, color holds well.
I think it depends who makes your nails in that place. You might be lucky, or not.

β β β β β Got pedicures today with my sister. The lady I had was really nice. They turned out okay but I felt uncomfortable there. The salon itself is very small and not very clean. I didnβt see any sanitization solution, and the tools used were put back into a tray. The regular pedicure says 37 minutes but we were there for over an hour. I also noticed after my nails were dry that half of my pinky toe wasnβt painted. I got it fixed but Iβm not sure how that would be missed? A few of my toes are also kind of sore/sensitive. It also seems like they donβt give themselves enough time between clients and jump to the next one quickly. Overall since it wasnβt very clean overall, I donβt think Iβll be coming back.

β β β β β Went in for a drop-in appointment and they were able to take me in right away. Got a basic shellac manicure and the technician, Rose, was super quick and thorough. Also super good value at $36. I would definitely come again.

β β β β β I started going to Koko when I moved to Brentwood and I havenβt looked back (unless they were booked up hehe). My favourite nail tech is Henry, he is so detailed and patient and I like funky nails and he does a great job (see photo - unreal!). Dina is awesome too but I donβt get to see her as much since she does lashes more often! Definitely recommend! :)

β β β β β In-shop experience was great. A lot of mail places are not quite ready even when you get there on time, but this place was able to do my nails right away even though they were busy. This means the ladies work fast! Good thing is youβre helped promptly. Bad thing, job isnβt the best. I asked for a French manicure and though the design was perfect, the technician didnβt take her time. After one week, the top corners of my gel polish were raised or chipping. Also she didnβt put polish close to my cuticle, so there was so much growth already after one week of getting my nails done. I would go again because the ladies there are quite skilled but I will pay more attention and give specifics!!

β β β β β Although the lady was very nice, I think she could've done a much better job if she wasn't rushing. I felt like she really wanted to get through it that it wasn't really worth the money I paid. Some details that could've been fixed by simply looking at it.

β β β β β I would definitely recommend this place. Easy appointments and everyone is so nice and understanding. Being a first timer, Dina, Mia and Cindy made me so comfortable and guided me about what would be the best option for me and at the end it turned out so well! I got full set acrylic nail extensions and I am glad I took their advice and it turned out to be so cute. I never felt I would get such nice nails. Thank you so much Mia. Also if you want to get best pedicure, Cindy is your girl.. she gives the best massage and you can actually take a nap and feel relaxed while your feet are getting all nice and beautiful.. Thank you Dina for your guidance. Will visit soonβ¦
