★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done laser hair removal at 2 different places and the results were not what I wanted. However, someone introduced me to Total Vitality for hair removal and the results were amazing and painless, I didn’t even use numbing cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience having my first facial appointment with Total Vitality Centre. When I called them, the admin receptionist was very knowledgeable and detailed about their services, friendly staff, and they will give you a hot towel before the session. I had the “Time to chill” facial relaxation done and Lucy was my aesthetician. The first 30 minutes was very relaxing, and I fell asleep for the remaining time, indeed it will make you at ease. The session was about an hour and a half long, after that my skin felt light and firm because of their organic products. I will definitely book another appointment with Total Vitality Centre and I highly recommend them!

I have had a facial, pedicure/manicure, acupuncture and immune booster shots, all from this business. Everything was great and I highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I missed one appointment and they cancelled my remaining three leading into next month. The male over the phone had a very rude tone and his answer to my question of why my remaining three appointments were cancelled was "the massage therapist doesn't want to see people like that". DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk seemed very busy when I arrived. No greeting, standard staff working away behind computers. They have some interesting health alternative services such as IV injection and acupuncture.
Small, but clean space. I did the regular pedicure and manicure, which the technician finished in an hour and 10 min. Very efficient! Though she was a bit sluggish due to sickness, she made sure I got the colours I wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm meticulous when it comes to my health. So far the clinicians here never disappointed me.The first time I visited was for facial. I was very satisfied and happy of the service done by Lucy. I returned and tried acupuncture. Dr Julie did a thorough job as well. She went the extra mile just to give me as much relief as I can get in my first visit. Been answering her I don't feel any but when I stood up and started walking, my body feels so relaxed, so light. No more muscle tightness nor pain. For sure there's much more improvement but I couldn't tell just yet. I'm still stunned! It was only done a few minutes ago!! Highly recommend for total wellness, traditional/natural guaranteed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an Eminence facial but when I was already in the room on the bed they started to talk about the Nelly facial (which as I found out after I paid, got home and looked it up on their website, it was more expensive). I mentioned it to the person working with me, before they started, that I booked an Eminence facial- I like and have used their products before etc. But they said that Nelly facial was better for my skin, and proceeded to go into sales mode for the product. I would have pushed more to keep with the type of facial I booked if I knew that they were just pushing me to have the more expensive facial, but I was there -already under the sheet on the bed. It felt uncomfortable to push it further after mentioning it a couple of times. Though I tried to make the best of it since I felt like I was committed to getting a facial, I won't be back again. I'm keeping two stars because the person working on me was good at extractions and their job. The bad experience was more because it felt like a sales tactic vs relaxation spa experience-I didn't leave relaxed. Side note: the esthetician didn't wear a mask which I was surprised about since they were breathing on my face.
