Great friendly service. The boat we rented was perfect and a ton of fun. The docks are kinda rustic.

I come here all the time - great sandwiches, chip selection, ice cream, etc. BUT The drink selection desperately needs work and the beer/wine prices in general are way too high. Much lower prices at the Duhamel Store and the Balfour Superette.

Kind of a superfluous gas station, and a bit overpriced. Most expensive place to buy beer or snacks for miles. More expensive than procter store across the ferry which seems odd. Know several locals who have boycotted the place because of their prices and attitudes towards locals. They seem to prefer tourists. To each their own but I'd go somewhere else. Lots of other stores to choose from.

KPM isn't just a marina, it's also the friendly store between Nelson and Balfour on Hwy3A. Self serve gas, propane, and a recycling depot as well. The staff is friendly, outgoing, and very courteous and helpful. Just 2 minutes from the famed Kokanee Park and campground, these folks will take care of your shopping needs. Fishing tackle, of course and a good variety of groceries and naturally your choice of alcoholic and non-alcholic beverages. Don't be surprised if you meet the owner working the counter with his crew, Dale maintains a well trained staff. The best part? They all seem to enjoy their jobs and appear to be pretty happy. Kudos

We were very disappointment with the condition of our boat rental. They falsely advertise on their website. The pontoon boat shown on their website are fairly new and in good shape. When we arrived at the marina, the staff were very friendly. He took us down to our pontoon boat. It was an old model from the 80's that was clearly showing its age. It had green carpeting, which we could of got past. However the seats were covered in black mold, and they were ripped in places with the foam sticking out. We paid over $500 and feel ripped off as we did not get what we were expecting. Too bad there was no one there when we dropped it off or we would have spoken to them about it. It makes sense now that they asked us to pay before hand.

. Great little place. Docks seem to be getting repaired quickly. Also seems very green clean around. Not a lot of garbage on the bottom. Tells me they keep it tidy! That's important. I'm happy that's not a easy task some times ☺

the owner always seems to be really nice but the other staff members are absolutely rude..the looks and attitude you get (even as a local in often) they would rather have a personal phone call then give customer service..items have a pretty high mark up and alway check the best before date..when you make them aware the owner had said β€œoh but it’s still fine” a week past it’s date and still full price…I think friendlier staff and a little tlc this place would be a great stop!
