★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy gold loop earring with some design on them, Ruby came up to assist, at the very least, I would say it’s the worst I have been treated so far. She seemed not interested at all, didn’t want to show anything, would take out the designs tray and leave it for me look at, no interaction whatsoever. Got so irrritated with her attitude that I choose to leave. Really bad customer service, they may it seem like they are doing us a favour by selling. Owners need to look into the reviews and handle this. I agree all the positive reviews must definitely be false coz I didn’t witness anything positive in the store. Unprofessional.
Zero star, never coming back. Ended up buying from star jewellers, much better collection and amazing customer service.

We always look for her to help us as she is very accommodating and goes above and beyond for her clients. There are a few people in there that are very unwelcoming and do not make it a pleasant shopping experience. Tina is not like that at all. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. We will always look and ask for her when we come in. Thank you Tina!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a pleasant shopping experience with being helped by a very sweet lady, her name is Sukh. She was very patient spending almost an hour to help me when I stopped by in the morning. I asked if she could hold the items that I picked for an hour. She had no problem. One hour later, I returned to the store, Sukh pulled out the jewelry for me, and she noticed I had a very heavy coat on, which made me feel very uncomfortable. She offered me a bottle of water to let me cool off first, and she told me there is no rush. I sincerely appreciated her thoughtfulness. The design of the jewelry is absolutely exquisite, for sure will keep supporting the business.

I am very disappointed in them. I bought 22karat gold anklet for my daughter from there and it was SONIA that assisted me. She told it was the best design and was all friendly. She was smiling and all great gestures with my daughter and we even wore the anklet out of the jewelry after purchase. 15days after the purchase the beads on the anklet was falling apart and I called them, brought it to the store and they repaired it for me. 10 days later the same thing happened for the same anklet and when I called they are blaming it on the gold saying it’s 22k and is not strong. I paid $15 and got it corrected.
Again it happened and this time, it was my husband who took it to the store. When he asked what shall we do if this is getting defected, same SONIA answered that you should not wear it for kids.
Seriously???
And when I went I get it after repair, they had a hell lot of items in their repair cupboard. It was NITA this time. I was waiting for them to get me the anklet for 23 minutes in front of their door, unattended,here, no one was even saying a Hi, or hello to their customer. And I asked the lady in the front if it was all repairs and she answered “yes”
So if you have a lot of time to go after the repairs of your products this is viable. But for me I work and I can’t go to kohl or all the time and pay $15 for repairs. Such horrible dealings with a customer.
