I was tired of renting my water heater so I decided to purchase a tankless water heater. The installers did an amazing job and they cleaned up like they were maids! I also got a nice rebate for my upgrade which made the payment much easier.

She promised to pay out the ener care rental water tank and bell security for remaining period. I trusted her and agreed to do it. It has been more than 5 months they have not paid my payouts. When I contacted the sales person she told me she tried to reach her manager to resolve this but she did not get response. How amazing if they do not care about their own employees ! She gave me her manager's email. I emailed him. He asked me for payouts. I gave him and he promised me that it would be taken care by his office. After that it was not paid. At last I have to file a case in small claims court. This is so frustrating.

Now I'm dumping 2-3 buckets of water a week. Tried to call 3 times. No one will return my calls. Last call finally got an appointment set up and no one showed. Part of the contract signed states they will maintain product, which they aren't fulfilling. They also state service and maintenance which they are not providing. Total breach of contract. My next move will be to see the lawyer to get a stop payment order and see what they have to say about that. Terrible company. At the very least honor your contract.
D	Dinal .Peramune on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware!. These guys don't stand up to the promise. It's been a year since they promised to buy out my water heater and now they don't respond to my messages. Ignore my calls. They have outsourced a call center and the agents don't have access to anything . This is a complete messed up operation. Do not spend your money with them.
l	lucille benner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam! Has blocked all communication and changed phone number ,rude after you complain . No rebates contract was not left , furnace not as brochure . Used False Enbridge affiliated to get in my door . Mr Kovacic did not remedy or cooperate with Consumers Protection . The 6 ft sales representative lied to us showing a 36 month for purchase of furnace on cell phone with free insulation, but 180 month contract with charges for insulation and fees added we were not told of . Mr Kovacic said he was contacting lawyer then blocked all emails and phone number. So how would warranty be effective ? This is passed on to Financeit who eniciated this scam now . Take those stars and stick them !!!

After a couple of months there has been no one to contact for any type of service, their phone is disconnected and email doesn't go through. Don't do business with this company, it's a scam.

But its been long time. I didnt get anything. I tried to contact sales,email koch , email not exist.and phone number no one answer. The loan is "financeit". I contact them ,they said they only take care the payment.
