★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite, helpful, friendly, professional. I had called someone else first and they were rude on the phone and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. However, when I called Koala they were really nice, asked questions, and fixed the printer right away for only $30, plus tested something else for me for free + dusted it and the rollers for me. They also helped me carry the huge thing in and out to my car.
Definitely recommend for printer repairs.
