S	Sara Leehan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was speaking with someone ( can't remember his name) regarding my invoices. I wanted to pay them and they were a little over due (only by 1 day). He said there was 2% interest if i paid over the phone or if I paid by cheque there would be no interest. So I asked him if he could give me a few moments just so I could go over my invoices and make sure everything was correct. He was not very patience with me and kept sighing over the phone. I asked a couple questions and then he said to me "Well, I am actually off now...so you can deal with this another time." I was quite taken back by the rudeness as he called me at 3:59pm....1 minute before he was off... Great company, great service, but plain awful customer services, just rude and not very nice. Definitely not coming back here again.
P	PMABB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ryan of KNW Diesel and his team, removed my old 1,300 HP MAN engines from my 72’ Uniesse and replaced them with new MAN’s 1,200 HP. Firstly, the recommendation made by Ryan could not have been better as the new technology engines are amazing in their efficiency, sound and performance. Ryan and his team undertook the job with professionalism, competence amazing quality and extremely well organized. In an industry where they often promise the world and deliver very little and deliver it late, KNW was spot on and amazing. I highly recommend KNW and Ryan Watson as knowledgeable professionals who will be honest, competent and professional in all they do. Thanks Ryan!
