A Congregational Meeting of Knox United Church will be held on June 26, 2022 at 11:30am following the morning worship. Part of the meeting will be a presentation of the Congregational Review and the response of the Chinook Winds Regional Executive. Ms. Treena Duncan, Chinook Winds Region Executive Minister, will lead the portion of the meeting dealing with the Review. The agenda will also include the most recent financial audit and a 2022 budget for approval. There will be a report from the Trustees. The meeting will be held in person and on Zoom. J	Jonathan Nash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my estate to Knox Church as you can leaave it in perpetuatry to the Church so the Government doesn't take your unclaimed estate. Also, a woman handed in my keys there, after I sought refuge there to take photos of the stained glass and woods used and try the coffee and Carrott Cake(delicious and well priced) Tipping is allowed. This is not free BTW but its a large heritage building, and the ministry needs the money to run the building like water ,electricity, missions (and I paid for parking across the street) think of Esphesians , the body of Christ. I heard a great sermon on 3 seperate Sundays at Church of the Nazerne by a guest pastor whose daughter had driven him in as his wife was ill. It was extremely good. He also told a story of a cowboy and the congregation who shamed him for the way he dressed... But better told by him. At any rate this was a great Church (Knox). I mentioned it to a male escort I was in love with at the time. Andromeda. I must admit I did park in Reverends parking stall when it was closed for repair for the side door. Forgive me I was so thankful that cleaner at Knox directed me to the 3 women in the office who had my keys!! ???

M	Marilyn Feeg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a young Sr, and I tried 2 Attend a Funeral, of a man, my age, who I grew up with only 1-2 blks away, and we took music lessons from the same teacher. Some short, chubby, middle-aged woman was very Aggressive and Rude to me ! I had 2 get 2 this church by a Disability Taxi service. I was out in the church vestibule, Not anywhere near Anyone ! She told me to get out of the church, and Wait outside, (in the cold), because I'm Not 2X Vax. But, I had Covid and Recovered, even tho I have other serious, terminal other diseases ! I've heard that people, who've had Covid, and Recovered, are SAFER to others, than people, who are 2X Vax ! I also was wearing a Mask, and was FAR AWAY from Anyone ! I ph the Diability Taxi service and asked to be picked up right away. The Disabilty Taxi could Not pick me up for at least 1 hr. ! She Threatened to ph the Police, and I said, "Go ahead". I figured that I could Wait in a warm, police car, and hopefully, they would be MORE UNDERSTANDING of my situation ! She was Not Kind in any way, and was asserting her Authority for her own personal issues !

Gay inclusive although that seems like something ludicrous to still have to mention in this day and age. Beautiful sandstone church with real polished wood pews. Glorious stained glass windows. An amazing pipe organ, and Organist.They have a morning coffee service for any one who wants to drop by with delicious coffee and pastries etc. I recommend the carrot cake. Mmm. Many different community based services and events are offered, including Bach concerts. You can even make your tax donations to them So if you are single with no kids they will re I've the benefits after you pass.

Sunday service is at 10:00! There’s a coffee shop in the back of the sanctuary serving up yummy lattes, with vegan options galore!

As the director of Calgary’s largest choir, Cool Choir, It was a pleasure to host our recent summer concert here. Amazing acoustics and incredible support team leading up to the event as well as during! Thank you Jill and Sue for everything!
R	RedDeer Subproductions 2214 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Church with great bones. Came here for a special event with the Calgary Stampede Show Band for a community concert of appreciation. Church has a very great atmosphere in the concert hall, and the architecture here is very historic. For 100 years old the church looks in pristine shape. Tons of space for rehearsing off stage. Great sound in the building. It was a very great event in this venue.
