Right from picking out the flowers to designing my bouquets and boutonnieres, Knot Just A Box (Lisa) made the process so easy and enjoyable. She gave me some really great tips and made sure I had all the info I needed. I was so amazed at how beautiful everything turned out. Thank you SO much Lisa for everything! Highly recommended!!!!

This woman is amazing! We got flowers here for our wedding. As well as rented boutineers they were affordable and looked amazing. She was so helpful and it was a pleasure working with her she made it very easy for me. And very much enjoyed talking to her. So friendly! Plus she has a beautiful shop with many things for everyone. If you’re a bride looking for faux flowers, Knot Just A Box has the most incredible selection. Lisa (the owner) was exceptionally kind and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for! She was very knowledgeable and helped me create the most amazing bridal bouquets for me and my bridesmaids! She made me feel so special and was nothing but helpful and patient! The prices are extremely reasonable. I would strongly recommend this adorable little store to any bride looking for flowers or rental decor!

We had the pleasure of working with Lisa and Ken on a styled shoot and also have many of our couples rent items through them for their weddings. They are so pleasant to work with and have an amazing selection of budget friendly items. You can tell Lisa loves what she does and it is reflected in her customer service!

as soon as you walk in it smells like it’s being chain smoked in… the smell of smoke doesn’t usually bother me but it was horrific and i left immediately after feeling like i was going to puke. the roof is also leaking and is not being dealt with. other than that prices are good and it’s decently clean

Knot Just a Box has absolutely amazing flowers! They have a huge selection, and exceptional costumer service. I first learned of them through a Facebook group advertising their spring sale. I started messaging Lisa, and she was just incredible! I had a prior commitment that prevented me from coming to the store in person for their sale, but Lisa worked with me to share what floral options they have and what might work best to suit my wedding vision. I was looking for blue roses, and had previously struggled to find good-quality faux blue roses that wouldn't break the bank. I was ready to give up! But Knot Just A Box not only had reasonably priced flowers, but also several different types and shades of blue! Hands down the best selection I found for this specific colour and type. If you're looking for a rather obscure colour, I highly recommend perusing their inventory. Lisa also sent me countless pictures not only of their selection and the individual bouquets, but how the flowers I was interested in looked together. It was like I was at the store myself! Once I had made my selection, Lisa packaged them up and shipped the straight to my house. I can not express how grateful I am that she provided this option, as I live quite a ways away from Sylvan Lake and likely wouldn't have been able to come visit in person. Since I was ordering during the weekend of the sale, Lisa still provided me a discount on my flowers. It was incredibly unexpected and thoroughly appreciated. The flowers arrived quickly and in fantastic condition. I love the quality of these flowers - by far the best silk flowers I've ever seen! I'm so excited to use them in my centerpieces. If you're looking for faux flowers, Knot Just A Box is an amazing resource! With friendly staff, great selection (and even better prices). I cannot recommend them enough.

And within minutes she was sending photos of ideas and making my dreams come to life. She was so helpful, so kind and just an absolute dream to work with. My flowers arrived SO fast and in perfect condition. You can tell Lisa puts her heart and truly cares about every order she makes. I wanted to check this place out as it's a newer business in Sylvan Lake and it caught my eye as I passed yesterday as I am moving onto the water and have some decor changes I want to make for the new house. Passed last night after they were closed ( about 10min after closing) the owners happily let me in to take a quick look to see what they had. Amazing store, literally has all the things I have been looking for and had been seeing on etsy. I will be changing my purchases to this cute and quaint store right here in my own town.
