★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in around 9:30ish on Jan 23. A young guy helped me out with my license photo. Super nice guy. Friendly. Rep'd the company well. Thanks for a pleasant experience. If a manager reads this...buy that kid a coffee or something. He deserves it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in this location today, and was very impressed with the training I saw. The trainer, Carson was very patient, explained why things were done, and seems very knowledgeable. He definitely seems to be a big asset to the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, I went in to register my vehicle and the gentleman entered the VIN totally wrong and saved into SGI record. Later I went in to renew it they kept me waited 1 hour and then phoned SGI, then asked me to take my vehicle pictures, and send over to them to prove right VIN. And then asked me to bring my sister back again with me to have her sign the renewal again, despite the fact it wasn't our fault, we had a 2 months baby at home, can't risk going to store again and again and then come back with germs.
What a waste of time and worst customer service. Please have trained and qualified staff at front line. Don't waste our time, we have to work pay bills and pay taxes.

I had a bit of a complicated situation and felt caught between provincial systems but both women worked the problem with me until we had a good solution. Extremely helpful, professional and made what was tricky a good experience.
