★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far my experience has been good with the physician I saw, but the receptionists are quite curt and rude....maybe time to retire or take a course on effective communication. Nothing is worse than a crotchety, negative attitude to greet you when you enter the clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this clinic. The last time I was there, I was not seen at all, and was there for over an hour past my appointment time. I understand that times are tough right now, and things are busy especially with COVID, but a walk in was seen before I was which is the most exhausting part. Everyone at the clinic, doctors, nurses, reception staff, are all super judgmental, and the doctors prefer just prescribing medication rather then trying to help with whatever problem. My recommendation to anyone in the Kneehill County area would be to take to drive to a different medical clinic.
