β β β β β Got a tree from them, planted it to replace a danger tree as required by Abbotsford. Upon inspection, the City's arborist told me the tree had problems with the trunk and wouldn't make it to maturity. Besides not making any effort to replace it, 5 Maples told me they could only refund me with a gift certificate. They just didn't seem to care. After 2 trips down there, talking to 2 different employees I finally got my money back. I'm grateful the City was so helpful and understanding and we have come up with an alternate solution.

I was shopping around at night and emailed my request. I got a call at 11am and had a load delivered by 2pm.

The outdoor section is beautiful and a lady who was watering the flowers directed me to the herbs and veggies which were already growing very well and on sale. Then at checkout the items I was getting were very thoughtfully put into an easy to carry and secure container. I hope to return again even if it will be from the lower mainland as many others do too.

This young gentleman made my day. The only downfall...I didn't get his name!!
