Accesible and spacious with programs offered for persons of all ages. Kiwassa is truly a gem of a resource for a neighbourhood which needs and deserves it. My own experience was brief but I was treated with friendliness and respect as I saw other being treated also.

My daughter goes to day care here, and she loves it. The teachers are wonderful, they get plenty of outside time rain or shine. We finally found our fit, I just wish we had found them sooner. The difference of night and day, from her old daycare. Playbased, is definitely the way to go.

The Saige Community Food Bank was working out of the community center. A great help for Transgender and LGBTQ2S+ people. You have to email them to get on the list.

They don't respect disabled people or their covid concerns, and you will have to call or email a million times and be waiting weeks for responses sometimes. Been trying to get into their programs for over a year, each time a different excuse or they straight up do not respond or call back. They place unncessary barriers in front of clients for no reason, and for all the money they spend, they help very few people overall. It's a liberal feel-good-project/waste of money - just give poor people food and $$ and stop making them jump through a million hoops. Shame on you.
