★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. I came to Kitimat with my GF as she is doing a one month rotation at Kitimat General and was worried about not having access to weights. Kitimat gym exceeded my expectations. They have plenty of weights and the gym is never too busy.

Dumbbells up to 100 lbs ( I think more but not too sure)
Machines for both upper body and lower body
The cardio selection is kind of lacking (only one stair climber, a few treadmills and ellipticals, and a few bikes) but if you want to run you might as well go on a hike!
I'm only going to be here for a month but for a gym in a small town I couldn't be happier.
