Not only from Alex the salesperson but the installation crew as well. The professionalism was second to none.

H	Holli W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a kitchen by Paul Holden in our home. It was built in 2015. We are the only people who have lived in the house. Our cabinets looked nice at first. And the kitchen was one of the main reasons we purchased this brand new home. No one buys a new home with a brand new kitchen and anticipates living in fear of using your kitchen. But unfortunately this is now our reality. Our cabinets are flashing on all different spots where the sheen is not holding up well and have been since 6 months after purchase. We had a rep out who chalked it up to the fact that painted cabinets just aren’t as durable these days as they once were. This is 100 percent not normal wear and tear. No one else Has the paint peeling and chipping off a new kitchen. We have emailed, called and left all of information with the front desk multiple times as an attempt to fix this. We’ve heard nothing back yet. Our house is not even 4 years old and we have considered ripping out the cabinets. Not only is the quality poor on their cabinets, but we are unable to reach anyone about the 5 year warranty we supposedly get with our cabinets. If the finish on the paint was defective or improperly cured during the process then I would understand that error and have it corrected. But to say it’s normal wear and tear just doesn’t cut it, because It’s beyond the norm for any other cabinet maker. Unfortunately a large percentage of our neighbourhood is in the same boat and have all had a very difficult time getting in touch with anyone!
I	Ian Smylie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Kitchens by Paul Holden to do our kitchen cabinetry, pantry, wet bar, master bath vanity and laundry cabinets for our new build. As we've gone through this process we have learned, dealing with so many different contractors and sub trades, that there are almost always hiccups along the way. However, Kitchens by Paul Holden were one of the only ones that we had absolutely no issues with. From start to finish, they were consummate professionals. Our design process went very smoothly, Alex did a great job helping us figure out what we wanted, and the best way to achieve it. Installation was quick, well done, and tidy (they came equipped with drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished, a big plus). The workmanship looks fantastic, and both my wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the end result. We were very happy with Kitchens by Paul Holden, and wouldn't hesitate to both use them again and recommend them to others. As soon as our counter tops are in, I will post photos of the end result.

Could not be more happy with the professionalism, promptness and quality we received with them. Alex was our designer and he listened so well to the details we wanted in our kitchen and designed a beautiful custom hood range over our stove, as well as adding in other features such as an apron sink and setting it off with a toe kick to make it stand out beautifully, and stacked cabinets with glass doors to really finish off the space. We had some fun mixing white cupboards with lower natural wood cabinets and are really happy with how it all turned out. Alex was great at promptly answering all emails and even helped to ensure the appliances we purchased for the home would properly fit and work well with our space. We believe that they were very fair with the pricing of our kitchen and upgrades and the quality is definitely proven. The selections they have to choose from is amazing, especially their quartz counter top selections, really excited for our counters to be installed in two weeks and to see the whole kitchen completed! Highly recommend Paul Holden’s for any kitchen and bathroom vanity needs!
