★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were really interested in working with this company but found communicating was difficult. I can understand everyone gets busy but it took 8 days to get a response to a simple email. Then we were supposed to get an updated quote, it's been a month & have heard nothing, so will go elsewhere.

When we contacted Irwin Cabinets for small samples of the cabinetry paint, the front of house staff offered to mix our colours (now 2 years old) and deliver them to the house after work! This service is above and beyond! Friendly, and so very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointing. Brandi came to our house and spent an hour or more taking measurements. Said she would be back to us in a couple of weeks with a design. It's now six weeks later and my two phone calls were never returned. Had to go elsewhere.

@IrwinCabinets oh believe me it was brought to your attention back when it started to happen a while ago and I was told there was nothing you could do and I should glue the pieces that fell off back on.

Trish our saleswoman was straight forward, honest , and nice to work with !!! Cliff the owner even came out for some last minute measurements . Very friendly and honest people to do business with. I’ve found me new kitchen company for sure. Cudos to Irwin Cabinet Works , our kitchen looks fabulous…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Custom "pantry" unit added to existing kitchen. Excellent staff, from showroom to installer. Brought in existing cabinet door so they could exactly match color and hardware. Who would think that there are so many shades of white!!!! Excellent Job, Thanks again.
