★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyers beware. After giving 10 thousand dollars as a down payment for a new kitchen. This is where the frustration began. Took months before the cabinets arrived not to mention the continuous increases. When cabinets finally arrived the middle Iland cabinet was damage and twisted it was installed and covered up with a plate. Shelves were install and they remain lose and unuseable this company was suppose to replace them with a cabinet that was orginally ordered, now it looks unbalanced. Bathroom vanity cabinets were installed but not the vanity top or sink, she refuse to install after being paid in full as this was requested after the cabinets were installed. This is where it became unprofessional this company indicating i didnt order said vanity top, sink and hardware, however it shows on the order sheet the total cost on cabinet vanity and sink . This writer hired another company the Granit Shop from Jarvis, within two days of ordering my vanity top and sink it was in stalled. This writer needs to get another cabinet company to complete the job that services had been paid for, all this is unnessary. Lastly as i mentioned buyers be aware I do not recommend this company.

The quality and result was well worth the price we paid for it, which was the best quote we got from any kitchen company. Jean was great to work with and I would recommend her and Kitchens By Authentic Design to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.
