★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with Travis to assess my feet for custom orthotics 4 years ago, and just went in to have mine repaired/refurbished. He was so personable and informative! I liked the service I received then, and was impressed all over again. Jeremy did the work on my orthotics and they now fit my shoes even better than before. The new 3D scans of your feet are very cool too, and the results get emailed to you! Thank you for all the help and great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in on Friday November 19th and had a fabulous employee, I believe his name was Jeremy, they don't wear name tags and in 5 minutes he had me all set up, yet BC works were paying and they couldn't come at that moment. So the employee told me to take a photo of the items and on Tuesday at 11am when the BC works lady was there to pay for them, i would know what items I needed.
5 stars for this employee
Just left there, took 41 minutes when i arrived there was no one in there. I told the male employee, who was wearing a pony tail, went to grab the shoes, and then a lady walked in, and he put the shoes down in front of me and walked away! Started helping this lady yet he didn't get the insoles I needed and a 3rd person walked in and he did the same to that lady, 41 minutes and there were 8 ppl in the store and it was chaos. I don't understand how a 2 minute experience turned into 41 minutes
all we needed too confirm the items and ring up the stuff.
I sure felt that I wasn't valued nor the time of the BC works lady time was valued.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store was clean. Attentive staff, even when they had other customers- they checked in with everyone at the store. Let me try on my insoles in my shoes. Didn’t push anything. Easy enough parking. Sometimes skip the dishes cars are lined up along the curb because there are so many restaurants people order from. I have no mobility issues that precent me from navigating a curb and cars. Someone in a wheelchair or walker may need additional assistance when the cars are all lined up.
