We are the proud home of the Edmonton Vintage Hockey Group. An over 55 Hockey Club.
The Vintage Hockey Group provides levels of hockey for participants aged 55 and up in an atmosphere of sportsmanship and fellowship; blending players with varying abilities and ages. We are definitely more than just Edmonton senior shinny hockey, we are truly a men’s club providing a venue for the social atmosphere we all crave, creating long lasting friendships, and of course, hockey!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I came into the facility and had forgotten my mask.
I didn't want to walk into the facility without having my face covered/without my mask .. so I politely asked the lady working at the front of the facility if she had an extra mask.
She then proceeded to tell me that she does have extra masks but she would be liable to giving me Covid if she gave me the mask (?) And told me I had to go home to grab my mask and come back ..
I then asked her if I could wrap my face with a shirt or hockey socks to come into the facility .. then the manager was called to discuss this situation.
Right off the start the manager was extremely rude and not cooperative saying I need a mask so drive home or get lost. When I asked him if I could wrap my face with a hockey sock he said "Come on man". This guy had to be one of the most unprofessional customer service employee I've ever dealt with ..
I would give this rink a 0 star rating if I had the option . Worst staff ever .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the thursday public skating the direction switches every 15 minutes which is really annoying because it's so often it throws you off and nobody likes skating clockwise. If we did we would start that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great rink for kids skating lessons if you're located on the south side. There are two different can skate clubs that offer lessons here (Derrick and Gateway). Lots of parking and can watch them skate from the window where it's warm.
