★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinsmen park is really beautiful in the fall. As well as most of the warmer months. Just a nice place to go for a little walk and get some fresh air. Theres quite a few benches and tables placed around the perimeter so its a nice place to bring a lunch to eat at.

Nice playground with the soft rubber underfoot, beautiful trees, the serenity of a little lake (no swimming though) a paved trail winds its way around. Of course theres a pavilion, picnic areas, benches are scattered throughout - and of course theres a kid's splash park operating from the May long weekend til Fall! You're only a very short walk from the downtown core with its shops, ice cream parlour, bakery, theater, restaurants...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an absolute gem of a park with a beautiful walking trail around the park's lake, a large aerating water fountain, with cascading water. Great for a leisurely stroll or a more aggressive power walk, you can enjoy the warmth of a diminished fall sun, and the shade of the large trees that border the east side.You can sit in one of several benches, or walk out onto an anchored floating platform and relax as you take it all in. Right behind the smart new Strathmore municipal Centre, you are also minutes away from a restaurant or ice cream shop. Try it out, Kinsmen Park in downtown Strathmore will not disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Kinsmen park I wish we had in Prince Albert. Clean, well kept and cat. The lovely wife and I stopped for a impromptu walk while passing through and played a little Pokemon Go. Beautiful flowers, clean seating areas and just enough off the beaten path as to be nice and quiet. A wonderful picnic spot or quick walking path to clear the mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice splash park for kids that are a bit bigger. Most of the sprayers are more aggressive in my opinion, so I don't feel they're as nice for really little ones.
I've gone a couple times now at 10:30am and again at 4:30pm, both during the week and it wasn't busy. I'm not sure what weekends would be like though.
