★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointing we got an email today, which says we are officially ready to welcome you home and are now accepting application. We were excited. We went to see see the property and unfortunately talked to me of the staff. The staff told us, it is $2500 monthly payment for three bedroom, we need to earn more than 100,000. When we asked her we thought it is cheaper since it is co op.she said was $1700 and that is for low income and it is already gone. If it is officially opened today, how is it possibly gone in one day.

The entire team has been amazing, answering my questions, working with me to view units multiple times. Truly helping me make the right decision for my family. Michele has been so supportive, and you can tell she truly wants the best for us, and has really helped us make decision. Now I can say we have officially decided on a unit, and have put in our application to join this wonderful community.
Thank you to Townline and Kinship this process so far has been so wonderful.

Updating my review. It was great living here and moving out was easy as well. However its been 90+ days and my shares haven't been returned. I've followed up a number of times, and no results so far. I don't like complaining publicly but I hope this issue can get resolved.
