★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi ive have lived in killarney gardens for six years.its a great place to live the units are maintained very well and the staff in the office are very helpful they are great keep up the great work every time i had a problem with my unit it has being taken care of in timely manner. the people here are nice i have some, good friends here i still haventt met everyone in this co_op yet its a big place lol i love it here its close to shopping ,busses her are great .im on the social committee we put on different events are meet your neiubour party is coming up end of july,then we have are pool party the end of aug always a good turnout well see u soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live at killarney gardens and its a great place for your childrento be rasied, there are lots of kids around. A beautiful playground and swimming pool in the summer. We have movies nights once a month for the kids and partys for the holidays. The people her are very friendly to me and my kids. Great area ,shopping is close and the schools are very supported. Its safe place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Killarney Gardens right now and I have got to say that I absolutely despise it here. It's awful. The people are mean, snobby and gossip a ton. Plus the board often plays favorites with people and the upkeep of the co-op is horrible. Many maintenance people that come here say that this place is really gross, old and not well taken care of. Many units I have heard have rodent, bug or mold problems, and often have water problems too (we get leaks often that are never fixed properly). The only thing going for this place is the affordability, the closeness to buses and metro-town, schools and a shopping mall across the street. Honestly, this place was built in the early 1960s and you can tell.

The only positive thing is that the units are affordable.
