★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have built our cabinets through brookfield residential. The quality of material and their work is pretty low. There are infinite spots on the cabinet that have not been properly stained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were forced to use Kingswood as our builder switched to them half way through our build, and our only option at the time was to pick the colour. Looking at the construction I had some concerns due to the the door faces being nothing but painted MDF. Needless to say 5 years later the faces have held up worse than Ikea cabinets. Because the edges are soft raw MDF anytime an item shifts in your drawer it poses the risk of chipping or denting the door face. Needless to say, after 5 years our pot and pan door and utility drawers are in need of replacement they are so damaged. For the money you are going spend on kitchen cabinets I would look elsewhere. Even our ikea kitchens have weather kids and regular abuse better than these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Kingswood Cabinet got back to me with a resolution on the hinges I ordered. They made amends and offered to fix the cabinet personally and provided me with more hinges than what we originally ordered. We are very thankful.
Original: I have been trying to order a hinge to replace on my 2.5 yr old cabinet and my husband and I had to wait for several months to get one hinge.
The first time we asked they bought the wrong one, even though we said we can provide the hinge that broke just they knew the correct one to buy but they said no. It was then after this mistake, then they were okay with use providing the broken hinge to them.Then we waited for more than a month to call for an update and found out they didn't even order it after stating they would. We've asked for an email confirmation several times and they won't give one. We then asked to order 3 more hinges in addition to the one we originally ordered because (1) we found out the 2nd hinge was also broken (2) they take awhile to order and we just didn't want to deal with this process again just in case it breaks again in the future. In the end they only gave us one hinge.
So we tried to order again for more cabinet hinges in December 2021 (the same hinge) and fast forward to January 2022, the lady we were talking to no longer worked there and the new person we are dealing with says they don't know where to get the hinge from. It is very frustrating dealing with Kingswood Cabinets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor post-sale service. I contacted them for an out of warranty repair in March, and they told me they were busy and should call back in July. I then asked to be referred to another subcontractor of their preference and they simply refused to. I do understand business might be busy, but still there should be some sort of consideration for past customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We build our home with Stepper and they use Kingswood for our cabinets terrible work. Our cabinets shades are so off. Valances are falling apart mind you we got possession in Jul 2021. They are aware of the different shade cabinets but we are still waiting to hear back since Aug 2021. When I clean the cabinets they are streakes left no matter what I use, just seems like it's bad quality cabinets. I'm so confused how so many builders used them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Rakesh R. and Daniel R. for taking the time and care to make sure the re-installation of our island and bathroom cabinets. Even with your overbooked schedule, Rakesh was able to work with us to overcome some issues found.
Thank you to the admins and supervisors in helping us get the right colour that we originally picked re-installed.
It took over 5 months, but during these times of the pandemic and supply shortage, we are very thankful to have working cabinets doors at the new house.
