This place tried holding my biopsy they charged out to Alberta Health services hostage for $700. Dr. Robinson attempted to shove his politics in the "consultation" multiple times and the nurses are walking around with cellphones in their scrubs. Get referred elsewhere

Such amazing staff at the Grande Prairie Office in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The Surgeons have a one on one consultation with you on what you prefer for your surgery in terms of anesthetic. I went with what everyone else did and had General Anesthetic for my Wisdom teeth. The Recovery room staff were very friendly in assisting you post surgery care until your responsible person arrived. I have no problem recommending people to Kingsway Oral Surgery

This Dentist is con man and a their. When he quoted my tooth extraction it was $7000 I was expected to pay up front and be reimbursed later by my insurance. Even after my claim I would still be out of pocket $4000. My dentist did it for $3000 and billed my insurance directly. Make sure get a second opinion... these guys are absolute theives

This place is HORRIBLE! I had my wisdom teeth taken out here and from start to finish it was a nightmare. First of all, they told me I would be put under a general anesthetic, which wasn't true. Then, when I told them I was nervous about the procedure I was told "don't be." The procedure was extremely rough and left my mouth with cuts and tears. After a couple days, one side was swelling a lot more than the other and felt really hot. I called every day for several days and was told that I needed to settle down and given conflicting advice on what to do. At one point I called them crying saying something was wrong and was told that I was probably fine. The nurses were quite rude. I called the doctor when things weren't getting better and was told it's extremely rare to get an infection this early and that there was nothing they could do about it. I was given a prescription for another antibiotic and told that it was probably fine. It wasn't. I ended up admitted to a hospital with pockets of infection in my sinus cavities. I couldn't eat solid food for over a month, I was on IV antibiotics every 8 hours for 10 days and then oral antibiotics for another 10 days. I still have pain in my jaw and bundles of scar tissue in my cheeks.

I got a not so nice wisdom tooth pulled while under general anesthesia. I didn’t care for how the front desk area and receptionists seemed to be all over the place. Expect to be wait at least 2-4 hours. My appointment started off at 1:45 pm, they phoned and said they had a cancellation and moved me up to 10:45am. They told me to come in a bit early to do paper work so I did. I didn’t get my surgery literally until 1:30pm. That really did not make sense to me. But the surgery went really well. And the anaesthetist and nurses were really nice. I was so scared to do surgery alone, I wanted to have someone there with me but they made it do-able on my own. Dr. Forrest had such a calm and positive composer to him. I’m very thankful for his expertise! I would do it all over again now that I know what to expect. Dr, Forrest and the nurses get a shout out! You guys are amazing!
