I have had and continue to have laser hair removal and had 3 lumecca treatments done with Morgan. Morgan is knowledgeable and amazing! She makes you feel comfortable during the procedures. Cass did my skin consult and recommended a DR. Zo regimen. I have never been this happy with my skin in a long time! Cass has also done my lips twice now. The first time I got them done with the needle then the second with the cannula. The first time with the needle, it was tolerable. I swelled up for a good 3-5 days. The second time with the cannula was amazing! Didn’t feel a thing and the down time for me was only 1.5 days. Completely worth it! Cass is knowledgeable in what she does and will not force you into doing something you do not want to do. Cass is amazing and gentle when doing the procedures she offers to the point where you don’t feel anything! I highly recommend captivating aesthetics all in all. Everyone from the receptionists to the individuals that do the treatments/procedures are friendly, caring and always happy! Thank you for making me feel beautiful and like myself again!!

My kids and husband have noticed a big change within my mood and health. I feel like I am in control of my emotions and I have been sleeping very well so my energy levels have increased considerably. They are all kind and make sure they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, even if that means explaining it 3 times to me to ease my anxiety. ?. I won’t say the treatments are the most fun but they know what they are doing to produce results. At the end of the day that is what we are looking for. If you want a relaxing spa day, go to a spa. If you want results in an atmosphere that makes you feel like you matter and you belong, go to Captivating. Also, DR Z must be the best boss ever. Everyone is happy. I think I need a job here. What a great atmosphere and I highly recommend it!

I went In to see Dr Z for facial burns caused by a laser treatment (done at another clinic), she was so helpful, and instantly made a plan to help me heal / clear my skin up. With a combination of prescription and ZO skincare my skin has completely changed for the good in only 1 month. I can’t wait to keep using the products and see how clear my skin gets! ?

Also give praise to Morgan, who has a very comforting nature about her, which helps lessen those anxious feelings with certain treatments. 100% recommend.
