★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the guy named N Martel in the coil area if you don't like your job the why not you quit? He sent me back yesterday 6.00 pm and told me to come today before 3.00 pm. I came by 1.30 and then said you are late. He has harrassed me for the third time. He will not offload your trailer until you call the broker. He pass by you many times and won't even ask why you are here. He talked to me very rudely. Useless peace of garbage. Other guys in coil area are good..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shipping manger Jason does not know how to talk to people. He believes that people of color are below the so called White people standard. He spoke very rudely and was racist to my husband and made him wait 3 hours and then turning him away with no reason and also threatening him. If the company cares about its business it needs to hire people who know how to treat people with respect.
If your company reads this review tell your employees to treat people how they expect to be treated. If they want to treat people horribly and disrespect them then they should expect the same treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted 5 hours... First loaded and said you are good to go, then call me back told that your load wasn't complete. Why you move out?? Then i drove 2 hrs back to pick the rest of the Load ..and waited additional 1 hour for papers. Strongly mismanagement.

They say it’s first come first serve but they will always call someone from the middle of the line and start loading them and then the paperwork takes forever. Bunch of lazy people working here and the management is complete joke.

Shipper department very rude unprofessional, very poor communication.
They just expect you to know what to do when picking up load.
Terrible personalities.
It's not great to be working with them
